jil90 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents upon request:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. jil90 reserves the right to decline or reverse transactions where KYC requirements have not been satisfied.
If jil90 discovers that a Player holds more than one Account, jil90 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds associated with those Accounts, and withhold winnings accrued through duplicate Account activity pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil90 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. jil90 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify jil90 immediately by contacting our support team. jil90 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have shared them with another person.
All transactions carried out through your Account will be deemed authorised by you unless you have notified jil90 prior to such transactions of a security breach. jil90 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available from your Account security settings.
jil90 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (CLiQQ), USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name that matches your jil90 Account registration details. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account.
Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your jil90 Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business hour. jil90 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
jil90 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any deposit at its discretion, including requests for source-of-funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Deposits made as part of fraudulent activity will be reversed and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
Withdrawals from your jil90 Account may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.2.
jil90 processes verified withdrawal requests as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes on business days. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within one business day subject to the receiving bank's clearing timelines.
jil90 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the withdrawal is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement; (c) jil90 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms; or (d) a valid court order or regulatory instruction requires the funds to be withheld.
In the event of Account closure at your request or by jil90, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to dispute) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
jil90 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time each offer is made.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering Requirements and eligible games vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in each offer's terms.

jil90 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino and slot games, ensuring that outcomes are statistically random and fair. All content on the jil90 Platform — including but not limited to the jil90 brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jil90 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jil90 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jil90 content; scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform; or use jil90's branding or trade marks without prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jil90's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jil90's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your jil90 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.
jil90 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion, including where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) jil90 suspects fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) regulatory requirements oblige jil90 to cease providing services to you; or (d) jil90 ceases to offer services in the Philippines. In cases of Account closure by jil90 for breach of Terms, any Bonus Funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money Balances will be returned net of any amounts subject to legitimate dispute.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jil90 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, you must contact jil90 support within 30 days of the relevant transaction. jil90 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. jil90's decision on disputes related to technical malfunctions and void games is final, subject to regulatory review by PAGCOR where applicable.
jil90 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a notice displayed upon login to the jil90 Platform. Continued use of jil90 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
