jil90 retains personal data for the duration of your Account relationship and for a period thereafter as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the life of the Account plus five (5) years after Account closure, in line with Philippine AML and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Gaming Activity Records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years for dispute resolution, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory audit purposes.

jil90 will respond to all Data Subject rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a request is complex or jil90 has received a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days with notification to you. Some rights are subject to exceptions under the DPA — for example, data retained pursuant to a mandatory legal obligation cannot be deleted on request.

If you are dissatisfied with how jil90 has handled your personal data or a rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph.

jil90's Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above in the Philippines, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gambling laws. jil90 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

All registrants are required to submit date-of-birth information and, as part of the KYC process, to provide government-issued identity documentation confirming they are 21 or older. Any Account found to have been registered by or for a person under 21 will be closed immediately, and any personal data associated with that Account will be deleted without delay, except to the extent that retention is required for regulatory compliance purposes.

The jil90 Platform may contain references to third-party services — including game providers and payment processors — whose own privacy practices are governed by their respective privacy policies. jil90 is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.

When you use a third-party payment service such as GCash or Maya to fund your jil90 Account, that transaction is also subject to the privacy policy of the relevant payment provider. jil90 encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use in connection with your jil90 Account.

jil90 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of jil90 following the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes.
